The combination of the arms and legs muscles and a large number of repetitions define this training as intense. The effect of the training is to delicately sculpt all muscles, model the whole body and improve overall physical fitness. The training consists of a 10-minute warm-up, 35-minute main part and 5-minute stretching. Classes for everyone.
