Exercises performed with a special weight bar, training combining elements of resistance with aerobic training. The ability to choose the weight of the bar independently allows you to adjust the training to your capabilities and needs. The training combining the elements of resistance training with aerobic allows for quick and visible effects – strengthening and slimming of the whole body muscles and acceleration of fat burning. The training consists of a 10-minute warm-up (with a bar), 35-minute main part and 5-minute stretching. Classes for everyone.
