Body Shape

Simple exercises strengthening and firming all muscle groups. Training is conducted in such a way that the exercises are performed primarily in isolated positions, guaranteeing the best concentration on the exercised body part. A moderate intensity training is a less intensive form of TBC classes, so we recommend it to beginners. The classes consist of a 10-minute warm-up, 35-minute main part and 5-minute stretching. Classes for everyone.
