Training focused on modelling parts of the body that are problematic for many women, i.e. stomach, buttocks and thighs. Strengthening and firming exercises, usually performed in isolated positions that guarantee the best concentration on the exercised body part. Classes are recommended as a complement to a comprehensive training. They consist of a 10-minute warm-up, 35-minute main part and 5-minute stretching. Classes for everyone.
